Rapidly expanding Building Management fast growing 30 year Real Estate management company located in Oyster Bay is currently seeking to fill a full time Landlord Tenant Paralegal position.
- Maintain rent rolls to determine non pay
- Maintain court calendar for all court matters, including Landlord/Tenant
- Draft Petitions and Affidavits of Service for Landlord Tenant court
- Draft and follow warrants petitions, adjournments, stipulations
- Answer Small Claims complaints
- Coordinating Insurance claim investigations
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, and Excel, Yardi or Skyline helpful
- English/Spanish language preferred
- Detail-oriented, reliable
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong opportunity for growth

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
